8. What documents are required from me?
It depends on the type of lease contract that is signed.
In case of a lease contract signed by the company itself (whereby the company is the tenant), the company is the guarantor, which means the required documents are usually dealt with directly with mobility managers and / or relocation agents. The identity of the tenant is naturally a requirement.
In case of a lease contract signed with an individual person, there are two possible cases:
1.The company is the guarantor. In which case, no specific document is required from the tenant apart from ID card.
2. The company is not the guarantor, in which case our duty is to collect required documents to assemble an application file, aiming at presenting the tenant profile to the owner. The lease contract can only be signed once the owner has approved the tenant file.
Required documents are the following:
- Passport or ID card
- Last three payslips or other documents proving any other sources of income
- Latest tax statement
- Guarantor's passport/ID card and last tax statement (if applicable)

10. How is electricity/gas charged?
Electricity/gas is payable by the tenant unless otherwise specified (for instance, in the case of a framework agreement with a company a packaged rent can be defined and be inclusive of electricity and other utilities).
Most common approach is to deduct the electricity/gas fees from the security deposits (the electricity/gas consumption being calculated using the electricity/gas meter).
Another approach, only conducted when asked by the owner, consists in defining a standard monthly rate that adds up to the montly rent.
